Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 15 days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Between 7 to 15 days before travel: 50% refund of the total amount.
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation by Yash Tour & Travels

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, we may cancel the booking and provide a full refund or rescheduling option.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the designated location on time, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

Customers can request modifications at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability, and any price differences must be paid.
